Hippo

Hippo is a modern, home insurance technology company who offers home insurance coverage. As Hippo’s first in-house senior product designer, I led the end-to-end design for consumer experiences across online purchase flow, customer portal and mobile app, and for enterprise experiences across policy management and lead management portals.

I established the first design system and components library, setting up design standards and patterns for web and mobile app. I collaborate closely with product, engineering and cross functional stakeholders to brainstorm, define and implement new features. When the time came for the Hippo brand to elevate beyond the startup look, I led the implementation of the rebrand across the hippo.com landing page, lead flows and agent portals with a newly formed team of designers.
